While your rise to Chief Matriarch won’t always be easy, achieving it is both fulfilling and meaningful for us and the greatest gift we can give to our family and our colleagues. It's time to CHART our way to closing the female and matriarchal leadership gap in our workplaces.

  • You have to know where you're going in order to get there. Your vision for your family and your organization should be clear, written down, and shared.

  • From the nanny to your Executive Assistant, having the right people carry out the right responsibilities is critical.

  • It's not just about what you're doing but how you're doing it. Your values, just like your vision, need to be spelled out, written down, and shared. And having your values in your home aligned with the values of your organization is crucial in achieving true work life integration.

  • With a clear vision, a high-performing team, and aligned values, you can make incredible progress. Using road markers as checkpoints in progression towards your goals and vision along the way reminds you to celebrate your wins and keeps you motivated.

  • Life throws curve balls, emergencies, and surprises. Being intentional about how you manage your time will keep you moving towards your vision, even when the unexpected happens. An intentional schedule will allocate your most valuable resource to the things that matter and move the needle towards your vision the most.
